Meena and Varun were the most easy couple to work with. When I spoke to them over our consultation call, I understood that Meena wanted her invites to portray the fact that their’s was a destination wedding in Aruba and that it should reflect some Indianness.

Taking this into consideration, we decided to incorporate the deep blue hues of the ocean at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba, tropical leaves and flamingos. Meena quickly agreed to work on this concept and handed the design and implementation over to me. We used these custom painted elements not only on the invites but also in the wedding decor, wedding cake and also the groom’s pocket square. 

And just like that, the wedding invitation design was used everywhere else in the wedding making it look all cohesive.
