When Sahana reached out to me, she described that her wedding theme was blush pink and they were doing a heavy orchid flower and rose decoration. She wanted to incorporate these details in her wedding card. At the same time, since the same design was going to be used by the groom’s side of the family, they did not want it to look very pink in nature. However, Sahana, really wanted to capture the soft watercolor blends and florals in the invitation.

Sahana had many events in her wedding, which fell on different dates. Naturally, we had to make those many inserts and had to find a way to present them in an organised fashion. Keeping this in mind, we made a pocket wedding invitation for her. This envelope cum folder wedding invitation, saved on having the need to have a separate folder to hold the inserts. In the centre of the folder, sat the main wedding invitation, beautifully showing off the hand-painted blush theme with hand-illustrated orchids in gold foil. The right flap of the folder has a pocket which held all the inserts beautifully stacked one on top of the other.
